Through community consultation, partnerships and strategy, we need to focus on revitalization of our downtown core and support initiatives that improve the beauty of Edson.
Our non-residential tax rate is higher than other communities and we need to work on ways to be more competitive with our neighbors.

While flood mitigation and improving facilities has been a focus the last 4 years, my focus this term will be on road and water infrastructure in addition to improved maintenance of existing town facilities.
The implementation of a mill and overlay program for town streets needs to occur as well as enhanced maintenance.
Continued lobbying the province for the repaving of Highway 16 is my top priority.
The foundation for economic growth has been built through new policies and strategies adopted the last 4 years.
My focus will be to build on that foundation for long-term stability for Edson. Growth will reduce the tax burden, create jobs, housing and opportunities for the future.
I will continue to advocate for a more aggressive plan to build housing in Hillendale and implementing our Economic Development Strategy.
